Blue Coast Real Estate, Inc. ( the “Company”) is announcing the opportunity to potential investors to participate and subscribe to a private placement of the Company’s common stock. The Company will have a copy of the Private Placement Memorandum (“PPM”) available for potential subscribers. This is the first step toward the Company’s anticipated next step of becoming a publicly traded company on the OTCQB.
The Company will attempt to raise up to $6 million in its private placement for the purpose of hiring sales agents, expanding its listings and marketing the opportunity to new entrepreneurs. Units will be offered for $5000 each and will consist of 5000 shares of common stock and 5000 A warrants exercisable at $1.50 per share for a period of 12 months.
